Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 31, 2026
Last Updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Training A GOAT LLC (“Training A GOAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of raisingagoat.com and any website, podcast, video, newsletter, community, program, coaching service, digital product, event, retreat, merchandise, dietary supplement, application, account, or other product, service, content, or experience that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. FOR U.S. USERS, THEY INCLUDE A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY-TRIAL WAIVER. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS AS EXPLAINED BELOW.

By clicking an acceptance box, creating an account, making a purchase, applying for or participating in a Service, submitting content, or otherwise accessing or using the Services after having a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Adult-Only Services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Services are not designed for accounts, purchases, applications, or direct participation by minors. Content concerning children, parenting, youth development, or young athletes is intended for adults, parents, guardians, educators, or other responsible adults.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Additional and Offer-Specific Terms

Certain programs, coaching services, communities, subscriptions, payment plans, events, retreats, products, supplements, promotions, guarantees, or other offerings may have additional terms, including a program agreement, informed consent, health-data consent, waiver, release, event policy, shipping policy, return policy, refund policy, or guarantee requirements (“Additional Terms”).

Additional Terms are incorporated into these Terms. If Additional Terms conflict with these Terms, the Additional Terms control for the specific offering. A sales page, advertisement, or informal communication does not modify these Terms unless it is expressly incorporated into a written agreement authorized by Training A GOAT.

Refunds, cancellations, guarantees, deposits, rescheduling, and credits are governed by the Additional Terms presented for the applicable offering. These Terms do not create a general right to a refund or guarantee. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Accounts and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activity conducted through your account, except activity caused by our breach of duty or another circumstance for which law makes us responsible.

• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access, fraud, or account compromise.

• Using the Services only through your own account and not sharing access unless an offering expressly permits it.

We may require identity, payment, eligibility, or age verification. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Nature of the Services

Training A GOAT is a media, research, education, personal-development, and experience company. The Services may explore greatness, purpose, performance, transformation, fitness, nutrition, wellness, habits, leadership, business, creativity, relationships, parenting, and related subjects through podcasts, interviews, documentaries, stories, analysis, frameworks, courses, coaching, communities, events, retreats, products, and tools.

Unless a separately identified licensed professional expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the Services are educational and informational. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, dietetic care, physical therapy, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or another regulated professional service. The Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.

Applications and Participation Decisions

Some Services may be application-based or limited in capacity. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a consultation, enrollment, a specific coach, or a particular outcome. We may accept or decline an applicant based on lawful, good-faith criteria such as fit, readiness, safety, capacity, conduct, payment history, or the scope of the Service.

You agree that application information will be accurate and complete. Withholding material health, safety, payment, or participation information may result in removal from a Service without relieving you of payment obligations, except where law or Additional Terms require otherwise.

Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Coaching, and Personal Responsibility

Physical activity, dietary changes, supplements, travel, events, and other experiences can involve risk. Before participating, you are responsible for determining whether a Service is appropriate for you and consulting a qualified health-care professional when appropriate, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, pregnancy, symptoms, medication use, allergies, disordered-eating history, or other concern.

You agree to:

• Use reasonable judgment and follow safety instructions.

• Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, allergic reaction, or other concerning symptoms.

• Not disregard or delay professional advice because of information provided through the Services.

• Inform the relevant facilitator of material limitations or emergency needs when participation reasonably requires it.

• Accept responsibility for your choices, effort, implementation, and use of information.

Training A GOAT does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Personalized coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical care. Participation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, dietitian-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.

Event-specific waivers, informed consents, releases, and emergency procedures may apply and must be accepted separately.

Purchases, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices, currencies, taxes, fees, shipping charges, payment schedules, and included features will be disclosed at or before purchase. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts and on the schedule clearly presented to you.

You represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method.

• Billing and payment information is accurate.

• You will promptly update expired or changed payment information.

• Your purchase and use comply with applicable law.

You are responsible for applicable sales, use, value-added, customs, import, and similar taxes or duties unless the checkout states they are included. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before fulfillment. If we cannot honor an order because of a material error, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

Payment Plans

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price in installments, not a month-to-month subscription, unless the offer expressly says otherwise. Stopping participation or canceling access does not automatically cancel remaining installment obligations.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, suspend access, accelerate amounts when valid Additional Terms permit, use a lawful collection process, or exercise other contractual remedies. We will not impose a fee or remedy prohibited by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a subscription or continuous service, the checkout will disclose the recurring price, billing frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitment if any, cancellation method, and material limitations before you enroll.

By separately accepting the recurring-billing disclosure, you expressly authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed frequency until you cancel or the subscription ends. Promotional or trial pricing may convert to the disclosed regular price after the promotional period.

You may cancel using the method disclosed at enrollment. If you enrolled online, we will provide an online cancellation method as required by applicable law. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout, Additional Terms, or law provides otherwise. We do not promise prorated refunds for unused time unless stated in the applicable refund policy or required by law.

We will send confirmations, renewal reminders, price-change notices, and cancellation information when required by law. If a price or material subscription term changes, we will provide advance notice and obtain renewed consent when required.

Nothing in this section limits a mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right. Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have rights that cannot be waived. Digital content or immediate services will begin during a cooling-off period only after any acknowledgment and express request required by law.

Deposits and Reservations

Deposits for coaching, events, retreats, or other limited-capacity Services are governed by the Additional Terms shown before payment. Those terms will state whether a deposit is refundable, transferable, or creditable; applicable deadlines; and what happens if you or Training A GOAT cancels or reschedules.

No deposit is deemed nonrefundable where applicable law requires a refund.

Refunds, Guarantees, and Results-Based Offers

Each offering may have a separate refund, cancellation, satisfaction, performance, or results guarantee. To qualify, you may be required to submit a timely request and provide reasonable documentation that you completed clearly disclosed participation requirements.

A guarantee applies only to the offering, eligibility requirements, measurement method, time period, and remedy stated in its written Additional Terms. It does not promise that every participant will achieve the featured result. Nothing in a guarantee excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us promptly at [email protected] if you believe a charge is incorrect. Nothing in these Terms limits your lawful rights to dispute unauthorized or erroneous transactions.

Knowingly initiating a false or abusive chargeback, misrepresenting participation or delivery, or retaining access after receiving a refund may violate these Terms. We may provide relevant transaction and access records to payment providers and may suspend access while a dispute is reviewed.

Physical Products, Merchandise, and Shipping

Product colors, packaging, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly from images. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may limit quantities or refuse orders for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, resale, export restrictions, or product availability.

Shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We will ship within the time promised or, if no time is stated, within the period required by law. If a material delay occurs, we will provide the notice, cancellation choice, or refund required by law.

International customers are responsible for lawful importation, customs requirements, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the shipping terms presented for the order.

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and product warranties are governed by the applicable return and shipping policies. Mandatory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Dietary Supplements

Dietary supplements are not drugs and are not intended to replace a varied diet, appropriate exercise, sleep, or professional care. You agree to read the product label, ingredients, allergen information, warnings, directions, dosage, expiration information, and storage instructions before use.

Do not use a supplement if you are allergic to an ingredient or if a qualified professional advises against it. Consult a qualified health-care professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, preparing for surgery, treating a condition, or uncertain about an ingredient or interaction. Stop use and seek appropriate help if you experience an adverse reaction.

Structure/function claims, if any, must be substantiated and accompanied by the legally required FDA disclaimer. Supplement-specific terms, label language, adverse-event contact information, return rules, and geographic sales restrictions may apply.

Events and Retreats

Events and retreats may involve physical activity, travel, shared accommodations, transportation, food, weather, outdoor conditions, third-party facilities, or other risks. You are responsible for reviewing the itinerary, obtaining necessary passports, visas, insurance, vaccinations or health advice, and determining your ability to participate.

Event-specific terms may address:

• Payment, deposits, cancellation, transfers, and rescheduling.

• Travel, lodging, meals, accessibility, and personal expenses.

• Health, safety, emergency, conduct, and assumption of risk.

• Photography, recording, appearance releases, and confidentiality.

• Changes caused by weather, venue, speaker, travel, safety, public-health, force-majeure, or other circumstances.

We may make reasonable changes to protect safety or respond to circumstances beyond our control. Remedies for cancellation or material changes will be governed by the event-specific terms and mandatory law.

Community Standards

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate law or another person’s rights.

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or endanger anyone.

• Post hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawfully invasive content.

• Share another person’s private, health, financial, or identifying information without authority.

• Promote self-harm, dangerous conduct, unlawful drugs, or unqualified medical treatment.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation, credentials, results, or identity.

• Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

• Distribute malware, scrape data, probe security, bypass access controls, overload systems, or interfere with functionality.

• Spam, solicit without permission, recruit members into competing offerings, or use member information for unrelated commercial purposes.

• Record private sessions, calls, or community content without all legally required permissions.

• Share paid content, credentials, downloads, or program materials beyond the license granted to you.

We may investigate, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Moderation is discretionary and does not make us responsible for every user statement or action.

Intellectual Property and Limited License

The Services and their contents—including names, logos, trademarks, designs, text, audio, video, podcasts, documentaries, interviews, frameworks, methods, courses, curricula, graphics, photographs, downloads, software, research, compilations, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Training A GOAT and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to access and use the Services and purchased digital materials for your own personal, noncommercial use during the applicable access period.

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or create derivative works from the Services.

• Share login credentials, downloads, recordings, worksheets, coaching materials, or community content.

• Use the Services to train an artificial-intelligence model or build a competing dataset, product, course, program, or service.

• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, digital-rights-management, or other proprietary notices.

• Use our names, marks, likenesses, or branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.

• Systematically scrape, archive, index, or extract the Services except through a search engine’s ordinary public indexing or with written permission.

No rights are granted by implication. “Training A GOAT,” related logos, program names, and other source identifiers may be trademarks of Training A GOAT LLC or its licensors.

User Content

“User Content” means content you submit, post, upload, transmit, or make available through the Services, including comments, questions, stories, photographs, videos, audio, reviews, testimonials, and community posts.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Training A GOAT a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the feature or Service to which you submitted it. For User Content you intentionally submit to a public feature, contest, campaign, podcast, interview, testimonial program, or promotional submission channel, the license also includes the right to edit for length or format and use the submission to identify, publicize, and promote the relevant Service, subject to any specific submission terms and applicable law.

We will not use private health questionnaires, private coaching communications, nonpublic progress photos, or private community posts in public advertising without separate permission. A testimonial, progress-photo, interview, podcast, or appearance release may grant additional rights and will be presented separately when appropriate.

You represent that:

• You own or control the rights needed to submit the User Content and grant the license above.

• Your submission and our authorized use will not violate law, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or another person’s rights.

• Any statements about your experience are honest and reflect your actual experience.

• You have disclosed any material connection, incentive, discount, payment, or relationship relevant to a review or endorsement.

Where permitted, you waive and agree not to assert moral rights only to the extent necessary for the licensed uses. We may remove User Content or discontinue its use, but are not obligated to retrieve copies distributed by others or recall materials already lawfully produced.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes an honest consumer review. The license above does not transfer ownership of a review to us and does not restrict your rights under the Consumer Review Fairness Act or similar law.

Feedback and Unsolicited Ideas

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas outside a confidential written relationship, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential business plans, inventions, scripts, formats, or other proprietary ideas unless we have first agreed in writing to receive them confidentially.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.

• Your contact information.

• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers. To seek the safe-harbor protections available under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Training A GOAT must also maintain a current designated-agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the matching agent information.

Recordings and Publicity

We may record a coaching call, webinar, event, retreat, interview, podcast, or other session only after providing notice and obtaining any consent required by law. The applicable notice or release will explain whether a recording is private, shared with participants, used for training, or published.

Your attendance at an event does not, by itself, grant us unlimited commercial rights to your name, image, voice, story, or likeness. Event photography, audience capture, testimonials, interviews, and promotional use will be governed by clear event notices and, where appropriate, a separate release.

Third-Party Services, Guests, and Links

The Services may contain third-party content, guests, experts, advertisements, sponsored segments, embedded media, integrations, products, or links. Third parties are responsible for their own statements, offerings, policies, and conduct. Guest appearance does not mean that Training A GOAT endorses every guest opinion, and a link does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, availability, or quality of the destination.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by an independent third party except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible.

Sponsors, Affiliates, and Material Connections

We may receive money, free products, commissions, discounts, access, travel, or other benefits from sponsors, advertisers, affiliate partners, guests, or featured brands. When a material connection could affect the weight or credibility of an endorsement, we will provide a clear and conspicuous disclosure near the relevant content.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a product or service is appropriate for you. Sponsored or affiliate status does not replace independent judgment or professional advice.

Testimonials, Reviews, and Results

Testimonials, reviews, case studies, interviews, and before-and-after examples reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same or similar result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including starting point, health, consistency, effort, skill, environment, timing, resources, and circumstances outside our control.

We will not knowingly publish fake or false reviews, condition an incentive on a required positive sentiment, or suppress an honest review merely because it is negative. Material connections and incentives will be disclosed as required. Any specific guarantee is governed exclusively by its written Additional Terms.

Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, instructors, schedules, platforms, or Services. We will provide notice and an appropriate remedy when a paid Service is materially reduced and law or Additional Terms require one.

The Services may experience downtime, errors, delays, or third-party interruptions. Beta, preview, or experimental features may be less reliable and may be changed or discontinued.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to payment, cancellation, and Additional Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay, created a safety or security risk, infringed rights, abused another person, committed fraud, or exposed us or others to legal risk. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in immediate termination.

Termination does not cancel accrued payment obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, dispute resolution, and governing law—will survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TRAINING A GOAT AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, COACHES, CONTRIBUTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, SUITABLE FOR EVERY PERSON, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, PROGRAM, PRODUCT, SUPPLEMENT, EVENT, RETREAT, OR COACHING SERVICE WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED, AND MANDATORY WARRANTIES REMAIN IN EFFECT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAINING A GOAT AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, COACHES, CONTRIBUTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRAINING A GOAT FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRAINING A GOAT FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, infringement for which a limitation is prohibited, or mandatory consumer rights. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limits, so the limits apply only to the fullest lawful extent.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Training A GOAT and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, coaches, contributors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or User Content.

This obligation does not require you to indemnify a party for its own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which indemnification is prohibited. We may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to reasonably cooperate. We will not settle a claim in a manner that admits your fault or imposes a nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing arbitration or litigation, you and Training A GOAT agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line Notice of Dispute, or mail it to Training A GOAT LLC, 4539 N 22nd St, Suite R, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. The notice must include your name, contact information, account email, a description of the dispute, supporting information, and the relief requested.

We will send our notice to your most recent contact information. Any limitation period will be tolled during the 30-day informal period to the extent permitted by law.

Binding Individual Arbitration for U.S. Users

Except for excluded claims described below, you and Training A GOAT agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services, these Terms, a purchase, advertising, privacy, or the relationship between us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

The arbitrator has authority to decide issues concerning the scope, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, except that a court will decide a dispute concerning the class-action waiver or a request for public injunctive relief that applicable law requires a court to decide.

Arbitration may be conducted by documents, telephone, videoconference, or an in-person hearing as the AAA Rules permit. A consumer may choose an in-person hearing in the county where the consumer lives or another mutually agreed location. Training A GOAT will pay arbitration fees it is required to pay under the AAA Consumer Rules. The arbitrator may award any individual remedy available in court, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

The award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Arbitration has no judge or jury, discovery and appeal may be more limited than in court, and the award is generally final and binding.

Claims Excluded from Arbitration

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies and remains there. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, unauthorized access, or security abuse while arbitration proceeds.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a person from reporting an issue to a government agency, and an agency may seek relief where authorized. Nothing waives a right to seek public injunctive relief where such a waiver is prohibited.

Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TRAINING A GOAT AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, REPRESENTATIVE, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR PARTICIPANT IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT COMBINE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER A REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING WITHOUT ALL PARTIES’ WRITTEN CONSENT.

YOU AND TRAINING A GOAT WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR CLAIMS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED, FOR CLAIMS LITIGATED IN COURT.

Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a notice within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Email [email protected] with the subject line Arbitration Opt-Out, or mail the notice to the address above. Include your full name, account email, mailing address, and a clear statement that you opt out of the arbitration agreement in the Training A GOAT Terms of Service.

Opting out will not affect your access to the Services. An opt-out applies only to the individual who properly submits it.

Arbitration Severability and Changes

If part of this arbitration agreement is unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder enforced, except that if the class-action waiver is held unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in court after any arbitrable claims are completed.

A material change to this arbitration section will not apply retroactively to a dispute of which we had actual notice before the change unless you agree.

Non-U.S. Consumers and Mandatory Local Rights

The arbitration agreement above is intended for U.S. users. If you are a consumer outside the United States, mandatory law in your country may give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or use another dispute process, and these Terms do not take that right away.

Nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable consumer right, statutory guarantee, cooling-off right, product-liability right, or remedy. If a provision conflicts with mandatory local law, the provision applies only to the extent lawful.

Governing Law and Courts

Except for the Federal Arbitration Act and mandatory local consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

For a dispute not subject to arbitration and not required by mandatory law to be heard elsewhere, you and Training A GOAT consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Export, Sanctions, and Geographic Restrictions

You may not use or purchase the Services in violation of U.S. export controls, sanctions, or applicable local law. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or controlled by a jurisdiction or person with whom the transaction is prohibited.

We may restrict or refuse access, shipping, supplement sales, events, or other Services in jurisdictions where legal, safety, tax, licensing, consumer, or operational requirements have not been satisfied.

Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, receipts, notices, and records electronically at the contact information you provide, unless law requires another method. Electronic acceptance, signatures, and records have the same effect as paper to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for retaining copies of transaction and subscription terms. You may withdraw consent to electronic records where law permits by contacting us, but withdrawal may affect our ability to provide online Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or Service changes. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects an existing paid Service or dispute right, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent when required.

Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Continued use after legally sufficient notice constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

General Provisions

These Terms and applicable Additional Terms are the entire agreement concerning the Services they cover and supersede prior discussions on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience only.
